• Whenever the Company wants to see the license the renter is bound to show the license to the company
• A person who do not have a proper license is debarred from driving a car issued by the car rental agency
• It is advised that when somebody hires a car he/she should not use the car for any kind of racing or competition and also it should not be used for generating of business
• Any article which has adverse effect on the vehicle must not be carried in the vehicle for safety purposes and last but not the least it is never accepted that one uses the vehicle for the transportation of liquor, drugs or any other substance of intoxicating service.

In the period of rental it is expected that the hirer does not sub-let the car or transfer the ownership of the car as well. It is recommended in case of any kind of damage or theft the renter ought to co-operate with the Company. If the hirer allows any prohibited good in the car he/she is responsible for the damage that is caused in the cars. On the other hand the Car Rental Company in no way is liable for any damage for the belongings of the renter.

Finally if the hirer is not able to provide the Airport Parking Ticket to the Rental Company for parking in the International Airport of Dubai the renter is responsible to pay for the parking charges which are needed for parking in the Airport.
